Meet the IncuBay Managing Directors
Terry has over nineteen years experience in business leadership. He is the former CEO and President of Achex, Inc., an Internet payments company founded by IncuBay in 1999. Prior to IncuBay, Terry was with Accenture in the Strategic Services practice. Focused primarily in financial services, he led high-profile teams to develop a wide array of payment products and strategies. Terry also co-founded the National Endowment for AIDS Research and was a regional product manager for Westvaco. Terry holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Harvard College.
Scott has over twenty years experience leading new businesses and improving companies' performance. Scott is the former Chief Operating Officer of Achex, Inc., an Internet payments company founded by IncuBay in 1999. Scott launched his first successful business at the age of 24 when he started a food service company, Taste of the Town, in Boston. In addition, he has expertise in product development, marketing, customer service, technology management, operations, and finance. Prior to IncuBay, Scott was a consultant with CSC Index and Bain & Company where he focused on critical business issues for Fortune 500 companies across many industries. He also was a Vice President in the Business Banking Group at Wells Fargo. Scott holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University.
